• Payment and subscription metadata processed by our billing provider (we do not store full card numbers).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, authentication, email, and payment processors) who assist in operating MumtaAI under contractual safeguards.

Family members and caregivers you invite may access baby-related data according to the permissions you grant within the app.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

We use encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, subject to legal limits.

MumtaAI is designed for use by parents and authorized caregivers. Baby profile and health information is provided and controlled by the account holder. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental authorization through the account holder.

If you access MumtaAI from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
